Joseph Croxson of Blue Ball committed suicide on Monday of last week by hanging himself to an apple tree in an orchard near his home. Mr. Croxson had apparently stood on a crate to adjust the rope to the tree, after which he had fastened it about his neck. When the body was found it was dangling from the tree and the crate was a short distance away. No motive is known for the suicide. Mr. Croxson was 42 years old. He leaves a widow and two children.
