Here comes the Bride- in a carriage and Pair

When Miss Delia Croxon of the Seven Sisters Riding School at Northolt goes to the altar as a bride next Tuesday she will ride in a landau drawn by 2 shining greys.
Her 7 year old niece Wendy Payne of South Ruislip and a 10 year old boy pupil will ride postilion and 6 girls on bay horses will be drawn up as a guard of honour and will escort the bridal carriage to the wedding reception.
Delia who is marrying Captain Peter Ecob of Aylesbury, she met him at a horse show, could ride at 4. Her father, a farmer and horse dealer saw that she and her 6 sisters all had ponies.
14 years ago they started their riding school with 14 ponies.
