Nathaniel Mannings is committed to the County Gaol in this town by John Gibson Esq charged with having stolen a gun the property of Edward Croxen of Brantham.

19th October 1822
Nathaniel Mannings pleaded guilty to stealing a gun the property of Edward Croxen of Brantham and was sentenced to pay 1/- and six months imprisonment with hard labour in the County Gaol .
