WILL of Agnes Warne Croxon of Wickford 1940
This is my last Will and Testament I Agnes Warne Croxon Of Alfreda, Jersey Gardens, Wickford n the county of Essex do herby revoke all former Wills and Testamentary Depositions made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament. I appoint Frederick Henry Croxon Locomotive Erector of Strathmore, High Road, Shenfield, Essex to be the executor and trustee of this my Will. I direct that all my just debts and Funeral and Testamentary Expenses shall be paid as soon as convenient after my decease. I bequeath the following legacies: Unto Deborah Emily Cook all money standing to my account in the London Co-operative Society at the time of my decease. Unto Frederick Henry Croxon all money standing to my account in the Great Eastern Railway Savings Bank at my decease. Unto Stanley George Croxon and Frederick Henry Croxon the facehold property known as Alfreda, Jersey Gardens, Wickford, Essex. And any other monies or property standing to my account at the time of my decease. Each to take an equal share.
