This is the last Will and Testament of me Christopher Croxon of Ely in the Isle of Ely and the County of Cambridge Yeoman made this 24th day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Eight as follows that is to say. First of all I give and devise all and singular my Messuages Lands Tenements and Herediments and Premises with all the Rights Members and Appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise Appurtaning Situated or Being in Ely in the said Isle and County of Cambridge or Elsewhere in the Kingdom of Great Britain unto my wife Ann Croxon her heirs or assigns for Ever. Item I give and bequeath all and singular my Household furniture Ready monies Debts and all other Personal Estate Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or sort so ever the same may consist of at the time of my decease after payment of Debts and Funeral Expenses unto my said wife Ann Croxon for her own use Absolutely And lastly I do hereby Nominate Constitute and Appoint my said wife Ann Croxon Sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other will and wills of me at anytime made and do make Publish and Declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.
