WILL of Frederick Henry Croxon of Leytonstone 1914
This is the last Will and Testament of me Frederick Henry Croxon Locomotive Engine Driver of 146 South Birkbeck Rd Leytonstone in the county of Essex made this eighth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen. I hereby revoke all wills made by me at any other time heretofore. I appoint my wife Agnes Warne Croxon of 146 South Birkbeck Rd Leytonstone Essex to be my executrix and direct that all my debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give and bequeath my wife Agnes Warne Croxon all my freehold property and money I may be possessed of at my decease also my furniture and securities of every description and I appoint my said wife Agnes Warne Croxon sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament. And at my said wife's decease I bequeath to Stanley George Croxon three plots of land at Woodham Ferris in the county of Essex and three plots of land to Alfred Charles Croxon at Woodham Ferris in the county of Essex and four plots of land to Frederick Henry Croxon at Woodham Ferris in the county of Essex and also my piano and all other properties to be equally divided at my said wife's decease between my three sons as mentioned above FREDERICK HENRY CROXON April 8th 1914 Signed by the said testator Frederick Henry Croxon in the presence of us at present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses Henry Cooke 91 Kennedy Road Barking Essex Amy Agnes Cooke 91 Kennedy Road Barking Essex |
