WILL of Joseph Alfred Croxon of Leyton 1915
This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph Alfred Croxon of 39 Etchingham Rd Leyton in the County of Essex. I direct that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid and satisfied by my executors hereinafter named as soon as convenient may be after my decease. I give devise and bequeath all money and property that is standing in my name after my death to the executors of my will namely Frederick Henry Croxon, Agnes Croxon wife of the above to have equal shares. They agree to pay to Mrs. J Croxon (my wife) the sum of five shillings weekly so long as money lasts from clubs and pension fund after all my legal expenses are paid and the said Mrs. J.A. Croxon to sign for the same all property to be equally divided amongst the above named two to and for their own use and benefit absolutely. And I nominate constitute and appoint them to be executors of this my Will. And hereby revoking all former or other Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made I declare this to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said Joseph Alfred Croxon have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand the 26th day of April one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
