WILL of John Croxen of Rayleigh 1756
In The Name of God Amen. I John Croxen of Rayleigh in the county of Essex. Licence and Innholder being of sound memory and understanding. Do make publish and declare this my last will and testiment in manor and form following that is to say First I do give and Bequeath to my son John Croxen and my daughter Valentine Aspin the sum of One Shilling Each to be paid by my Execurix here after named in six months next after my Deseace. Also I give and Bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Croxen the sum of One Hundred Pounds to be paid to her when she shall attain to the age of twenty one years. And lastly All the Rest Residue lands and remainder of my worldly goods and effects whatsoever I give and bequeath the same unto my beloved wife Mary Croxen whom I hereby nominate and appoint sole executrix of this my last will and testiment hereby revoking all former willsby me theretofore made. In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this Tenth day of December in the year of our Lord one Thousand seven Hundred and Fifty Six John Croxen signed and sealed Published and Declared by the above named John Croxen as and for his last will and testiment in the Presence of his who in his and in the Presence of each other set our names as witnesses Nath.
